Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable HR Officer to join our team at the Aminthila project site, an ongoing resort development located near K. Atoll, Malé. The selected candidate will be based at the site and will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions while coordinating closely with the head office to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly recruited employees at the project site.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Prepare and update daily attendance, overtime (OT), and leave records.
• Monitor employee attendance, welfare, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate staff accommodation arrangements and oversee accommodation management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor employee welfare, HR matters, and site operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related matters.
• Investigate employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Assist with workplace health, safety, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide basic first aid to employees and assist with minor medical concerns, including coordinating with healthcare providers and supporting site medical and nursing-related duties.
