Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

• Carry out accounting related tasks delegated by HOD
• Data entry and daily updating of online accounting system
• Prepare payment vouchers, salary and pension payments, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers and other accounting transactions.
• Initiate online banking transactions of delegated company bank accounts
• Attend bank related work and coordinate with banks to ensure smooth daily banking operations
• Monthly bank reconciliations of delegated company account
• Carry out accounting responsibilities diligently so that accurate data without omission or addition are always presented to the Management
• Coordinate with Sales Departments to assess procurement requirements
• Coordinate with Inventory Department to maintain accurate inventory data
• Carry out daily filing of all accounting related documents
