Job Description

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Marketing Coordination:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials and collateral.
Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Active and routine visitation of existing and potential customers
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve strategies and tactics.
