THE ROLE
The role will initially focus on monthly reporting, account review and analysis for assigned Group companies, while supporting other finance responsibilities as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports for assigned companies.
- Review trial balances, ledgers and financial statements, and resolve errors or unusual movements.
- Complete month-end entries and bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare variance analysis, cash flow information, schedules and key performance indicators.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, Group consolidation, tax compliance and audits.
- Improve reporting processes and undertake other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong accounting knowledge and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
Group reporting or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience will be an advantage.
