The Student Facilitator is the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and the general public. This role requires a friendly, proactive, and organized individual who can manage inquiries, guide students, and support administrative tasks efficiently. The student facilitator plays a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment.
Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors at the reception in a polite and professional manner.
Handle phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and transfer calls or messages to relevant departments.
Provide accurate information regarding college programs, schedules, and general student services.
Guide students with class schedules, room directions, and registration processes.
Maintain and update the call log and visitors log accurately and on time.
Support front office administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and data entry when needed.
Report any concerns or issues to the Supervisor promptly.
Uphold the college’s standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
