Manager

We are looking for a Operations Directorthat can help manage the operations of the company. A candidate must be proactive, organised, well communicated, and have strong leadership qualities to help run the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with the management to understand the aims and objectives of the company.
• Implement the objectives of the company in a timely manner.
• Manage and streamline all operations of the company.
• Accomplish management objectives by planning, organising, and evaluating employees.
• Aid in communicating with parents and students.
• Help draft, implement, and evaluate business plans and proposals.
• Help draft and submit bid applications
• Maintain employee attendance and evaluating performance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in the business field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (related to Business or Management).
• Experience in the education industry is an added advantage.
  
  

Remuneration & Benefits:

• MVR 16,000 to MVR 20,000 based on qualifications and experience.
