We are seeking a dynamic LOUNGE SERVICE EXECUTIVE to join the service team at AMINA Premium Lounge & Mix Grill. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, organized, and proactive individual who is dedicated to enhancing customer experience, supporting sales growth, and maintaining smooth operations in the lounge.
Scope of Work:
- Efficiently answer and manage customer calls, providing information on daily specials, new menu items, and promotions, while taking and processing orders.
- Accurately take customer orders and ensure they are delegated to the relevant departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Receive and process payments from customers, both in cash and via card, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Attend to customers promptly, especially during peak times, and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to build rapport and ensure a positive experience
- Relay customer feedback to management for quality improvement and service enhancement..
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/L.
- Prior work experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, especially in Dhivehi and English.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain flexible during busy periods.
Remuneration: MVR 5,000/ Month + Attendance Allowance + Service Charge
