Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary Leading Teacher to guide our teaching team and help shape the daily learning experiences of our preschoolers. The ideal candidate will lead with empathy, creativity, and a deep knowledge of early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to classroom educators

• Design and oversee curriculum planning and implementation

• Model best teaching practices and mentor junior staff

• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child’s development

• Monitor educational goals and ensure compliance with preschool standards and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

• Minimum 3–5 years of preschool teaching experience

• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in an educational setting

Essential Skills:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Deep understanding of child development and learning frameworks

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and support a team

• Organizational and planning proficiency
