Position Title: Cupping Therapist – Full / Part time basis (local or expatriate)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cupping Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Cupping Therapist will play a vital role in providing therapeutic cupping treatments aimed at pain relief, muscle relaxation, and overall wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional and modern cupping techniques and will be dedicated to improving patient health and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments of patients’ conditions to determine suitability for cupping therapy.
- Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating cupping techniques tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer various cupping therapies, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.
- Educate patients on the benefits, procedures, and aftercare of cupping therapy.
- Monitor patient responses during and after treatment, adjusting techniques as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments provided, patient progress, and responses.
- Stay updated on the latest cupping therapy techniques, research, and best practices.
- Promote awareness and understanding of cupping therapy within the community and participate in health promotion activities.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree, Certification or diploma in Cupping Therapy or related traditional/alternative medicine discipline.
- Proven experience in providing cupping therapy, preferably in clinical or wellness settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of modern and traditional cupping techniques and safety protocols.
