Job Description

We are hiring for the position of IT NETWORK SUPPORT & OPERATIONS at Maldives Premier Bank (MPB) in Malé, Maldives. This full-time role is open to Maldivian & International candidates.

Position Overview :
The IT Network Support & Operations professional is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT and network operations, maintaining secure connectivity, and providing reliable technical support in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :
• Operate and support on-prem network infrastructure
• Maintain secure connectivity between on-prem and AWS cloud
• Monitor network performance and resolve incidents
• Support firewalls, VPNs, routing, and access controls
• Assist with network upgrades and maintenance activities
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Maintain network documentation and compliance records

Candidate Profile :
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in network and IT operations
• Hands-on knowledge of firewalls, switches, and WAN
• Exposure to AWS hybrid environments is an advantage
