Job Description
Position Summary
The Investor Relations Executive works closely with senior professionals to support DIP's fundraising and investor engagement activities across the firm's funds and investment products. The role focuses on capital raising, investor communications, and relationship management, supported by exposure to fund strategy, capital markets, and share trading. It is suited to a candidate with a genuine interest in investment and capital markets, offering a clear path to develop into investment banking and broader investment work over time.
The candidate must be prepared to operate within a lean team structure and collaborate across functions and seniority level, contributing actively to the agility and growth of the organisation. This includes taking personal ownership of key responsibilities and ensuring hands-on execution of critical deliverables, rather than relying primarily on delegation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Fundraising and Investor Relations
  • Support fundraising for DIP's funds and investment products, assisting from initial investor engagement through to onboarding and capital commitment.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, qualified individuals and companies, and partners to support retention and repeat participation.
  • Prepare investor decks, offering materials, expression-of-interest documentation, and fundraising collateral.
  • Assist with investor communications, including periodic fund reporting, performance updates, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Maintain investor records, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Support DIP's presence in meetings, outreach programmes, and market events to strengthen the firm's investor base and visibility.
Fund Strategy and Investment Support
  • Develop a working understanding of DIP's fund strategies and investment theses in order to communicate them clearly and credibly to investors.
  • Contribute to investor presentations, offering materials, and periodic performance updates.
  • Support fund performance tracking and portfolio reporting in a form suitable for investor consumption.
  • Monitor economic, sectoral, and capital market developments relevant to the firm's funds and investor messaging.
Capital Markets and Share Trading
  • Support capital markets transactions, including bond offerings and private placements, with involvement in book building and investor allocation.
  • Assist with client onboarding, due diligence, and account opening for share trading and capital market services.
  • Coordinate trade execution and settlement for listed equities and debt instruments alongside the trading function, and help maintain accurate trading records.
  • Liaise with counterparties, custodians, regulators, and advisors during transaction execution.
Compliance, Risk, and Governance
  • Ensure investor onboarding and fundraising activities adhere to AML/CFT requirements, fund policies, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain proper documentation for compliance monitoring, regulatory disclosures, and internal control reviews.
  • Coordinate with auditors, custodians, and legal advisors as required.
