Human Resource Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the human resource department by managing daily human resource operations, assisting with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading the talent acquisition process.
- Collaborate with the office manager to align HR functions with the company long term goals and objectives.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation activities and ensuring the clear communication and assistance to employees.
- Handling payroll related activities and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Addressing employee concerns, complaints, and grievances, investigating incidents of harassment or discrimination as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and other relevant legislations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Oversee expatriate employee processes, including work permits, health insurance registrations and payroll administration.
