Maintaining records of staff attendance and leave.
Establishing and maintaining an effective filing system for all HR documentations.
Managing all expatriate visa related works in a timely manner, in compliance with government policies and regulations.
Providing administrative support, such as processing correspondence, filing, data entry, answering phones, and other office tasks.
Assisting in processing monthly payroll and attending to payroll queries.
