Job Description
  • Conducting the staff recruitment, induction, and termination processes effectively.
  • Providing orientation for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Managing and maintaining HR documentation, including Contracts of Employment, Employee Handbook, Codes of Conduct, Operating procedures, Policies, and Guidelines.
  • Handling employee complaints fairly and impartially while looking after staff welfare.
  • Maintaining records of staff attendance and leave.
  • Establishing and maintaining an effective filing system for all HR documentations.
  • Managing all expatriate visa related works in a timely manner, in compliance with government policies and regulations.
  • Providing administrative support, such as processing correspondence, filing, data entry, answering phones, and other office tasks.
  • Assisting in processing monthly payroll and attending to payroll queries.
  • Administering compensation, benefits, performance management systems, staff safety, welfare, and recreation programs.
  • Performing other duties falling within the responsibility of the position or as assigned by the supervisor in the best interest of the Company.
