The primary responsibilities of the HR & Admin Assistant involve providing support in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department to ensure the smooth functioning of all operational aspects throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day operation of HR.
• Provide administrative support to HR.
• Update and maintain employee records (Physical and Hardcopies).
• Assist expatriate related tasks.
• Attend and delegate the maintenance jobs within the organization.
• Assist in payroll preparation, recruitment, and coordinate HR events and projects.
• Assist in other HR related tasks.
