Human Resources Duties
• Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with seniors).
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
• Monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave records (including site workers).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate training sessions, safety orientations, and certification tracking.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Administrative Duties
• Provide general administrative support to management and site teams.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when required.
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
• Support document control related to construction projects.
