RESPONSIBLITIES;
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all corporate service areas: HR, Finance, IT, Marketing/PR, and Administration.
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of corporate services to both internal and external clients.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control within corporate functions.
- Develop and strengthen systems and processes to support company growth and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with Maldivian legal, tax, and labor regulations across all departments.
- Support senior management in strategic planning, reporting, and coordination of group-wide initiatives.
- Foster collaboration and accountability among teams to achieve company goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bsc. degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or shared services.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT &Admin.
- Strong experience in service-based or corporate environments.
- Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to implement scalable operational systems and service delivery models.
- Familiarity with digital transformation tools (e.g., cloud systems, process automation).
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, confidentiality, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure and long hours when required.
Remuneration: MVR 20,000 per month.
