Job Description

Position:  Graphic Designer, Marketing and Communications

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content to support the corporation’s branding, marketing, and communications efforts. The role involves developing creative concepts, producing design assets for print and digital platforms, and ensuring all visuals align with the organization’s brand identity and communication goals.

Job Duties:

  • Develop visual concepts and design materials for marketing campaigns, social media, publications, advertisements, events, and internal communications.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the corporation’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to translate strategic messaging into engaging visuals.
  • Prepare print-ready files and liaise with external vendors, printers, and service providers to ensure high-quality production of design materials.
  • Support the development of layouts for reports, presentations, brochures, banners, and other communication tools.
  • Create engaging multimedia content including infographics, motion graphics, short videos, and digital advertisements.
  • Maintain and manage an organized digital archive of all design work, assets, and templates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the quality and relevance of creative output.
  • Participate in planning meetings and provide design expertise to enhance the visual impact of campaigns and projects.
