Qualifications & Experience:
O level, A ‘Level in Accounts related.
Experience in accounts field will be considered as an added advantage
Able to work independently when needed.
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting system.
Job Responsibility:
Invoice processing and preparing receipts upon receipt of payments
Preparing Payment Vouchers & Cheques
Cashbook maintenance
Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers, maintain invoice register and payment voucher register
Handling Petty cash
Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
Basic administration works
Updating and maintaining QuickBooks system
