The Opportunity
At Bright Minds Education, we're seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Developer to join our team. You'll play a vital role in developing and maintaining our custom-built Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This system is the backbone of our organization, streamlining our operations and driving efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Development and Extension: Design, develop and implement new features and modules within our existing ERP platform.
- Bug-Fixing and Maintenance: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs within the ERP system, ensuring seamless performance.
- Modifications and Improvements: Continuously analyze system performance, user feedback, and evolving requirements to implement necessary changes and enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including educators and administrators, to gather requirements and ensure the system aligns with their needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation of the ERP system’s design, code, and processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in web development technologies such as JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and relevant frameworks (Laravel, React, Angular, or similar).
- Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and proficiency with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
- ERP Understanding: Familiarity with the principles of ERP development and the ability to integrate various business modules.
- Problem Solving: Outstanding analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in an educational or EdTech environment.
