RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers
- Taking orders and recording delivery details accurately
- Coordinating dispatch and delivery of orders
- Ensure that clients make payment for services
- Keep clear records of orders and payments
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Ensure signs and information are displayed
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries
- Checking and maintaining stock
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Days: Thursdays to Tuesdays
Ramadan Timings:
Shift 1: 02:00PM to 05:00PM
Shift 2: 08:00PM to 11:00PM
