We are hiring for the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – CASH SERVICES at Maldives Premier Bank (MPB) in Malé, Maldives. This full-time role is open to Maldivian candidates.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Executive – Cash Services is responsible for executing cash and counter-based transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to internal controls, security procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque transactions
• Maintain daily balancing of cash drawers and reconciliations
• Ensure strict compliance with AML/CFT and transaction monitoring requirements
• Adhere to dual control, segregation-of-duties, and security procedures
• Identify and escalate unusual or suspicious transactions
• Safeguard cash, instruments, and customer information
• Provide professional and courteous service at the branch counter
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum secondary qualification; diploma or degree preferred
• 1–3 years’ experience in cash handling or banking operations
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• High integrity and control discipline
• Customer-focused and professional demeanor
