Job Description

We are hiring for the position of CORPORATE CLIENT ADVISOR at Maldives Premier Bank (MPB) in Malé, Maldives. This full-time role is open to Maldivian candidates.

Position Overview:
The Corporate Client Advisor is responsible for managing and developing relationships with commercial and corporate clients, supporting portfolio growth while ensuring credit discipline and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned commercial and corporate client relationships
• Support credit proposal preparation and financial analysis
• Promote suitable lending, deposit, and transaction banking solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance
• Identify early warning signals and escalate risk concerns
• Ensure AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk functions

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit understanding
• Risk-aware and compliance-focused mindset
• Strong client engagement and communication skills
