Background:
We are looking for an experienced Communication & Brand Strategist to develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that enhance our brand reputation and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a skilled communicator who can craft compelling narratives and manage complex communication.
Key Tasks, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communications strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead internal and external communications, including press releases, media statements, executive communications, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Oversee content creation for corporate publications, annual reports, newsletters, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Coordinate executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare briefing materials for management.
- Manage corporate social media presence and digital communication channels.
- Lead communications for corporate events, product launches, and organizational milestones.
- Manage corporate reputation and crisis communication protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a senior role within corporate communications, public relations, or a related writing field, with strong proficiency in both Dhivehi and English.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various formats and audiences.
- Experience managing media relations and crisis communications will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital communications and social media management.

Working Hours:
- The selected applicant will be required to work from 0800 to 1600 on weekdays.
