Job Description

- Liaise with procurement department and keep up to date regarding current status of shipments. 
- Preparing necessary documents for cargo clearance.
Collection of Delivery Orders from Shipping Line, Freight Forwarding Agents. 
- Making necessary duty payments to Maldives Customs Service. 
- Going to Maldives Ports Limited and Maldives Customs Services to clear all cargo. 
- Checking all cargo for damages and check if the shipment tallies with the invoice/packing list, etc.
- Relay the necessary information to relevant departments regarding costing and pricing. 
- Settling all payments related to cargo clearance. 
- Reconciling petty cash and submit all documents to accounts department. 
- Assisting Admin & HR department relating to Hortifarm weekly supply. 
- Undertake and carry out any other duties/responsibilities upon AGM’s request.
