Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for building business relationships. The candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding our client base, and strengthening HASH’s position in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing material tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop strategic business plans.
- Meet set sales targets and report regularly on progress and market trends.
- Represent HASH at meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Coordinate and follow up on leads, tenders, and proposals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent client service and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role within the Maldives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dhivehi.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Valid Maldives Driver’s License (Motorbike).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
