Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Client Services Unit (CSU). In this role, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and actively promote and sell our Takaful products and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute door-to-door marketing activities for retail products, including brochure distribution and direct customer engagement.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via hotline and chat.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients and partner businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level / A-Level
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or related professions
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
