Job Summary
This role works cross-functionally across retail, corporate, digital, brand engagement, and operations, offering strong growth potential into senior commercial positions, for a highly organised executor who delivers measurable revenue results. You will drive revenue across retail, e-commerce, product launches, and gallery initiatives: bringing structure and momentum to everything from in-store activations and pop-ups to online campaigns and international rollouts. Acting as the connector across teams and markets, you will ensure flawless launches, and elevate every customer and collector touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-driven, and excited by managing multiple moving parts to create meaningful commercial and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales & E-Commerce Growth (Local, International & Gallery Websites)
- Drive online sales performance across local, international, and gallery websites.
- Plan and execute monthly website updates with the Brand Engagement and Digital teams.
- Lead the online rollout of new products, limited editions, services, and initiatives.
- Curate homepage features and collections that reflect in-store campaigns and stories.
- Keep website visuals fresh, relevant, and aligned with current brand direction.
- Use photography and campaign assets to increase engagement and conversion.
- Propose new online offerings, exclusives, and seasonal sales ideas.
- Research e-commerce best practices and support implementation with the Digital team.
- Review website performance and use insights to improve sales and content.
- Ensure all website activity aligns with wider campaigns, promotions, and priorities.
New Product / Collection Releases & Launch Readiness
- Own the end-to-end launch checklist and secure final greenlight.
- Coordinate with teams to confirm release dates, product details, imagery, pricing, inventory, and POS/online store setup are completed and updated across systems for a smooth launch.
- Ensure website readiness across navigation, collections, links, and product mapping.
- Verify product availability across Maldives and Singapore stores, websites, and social channels.
- Track progress, resolve gaps, and approve launch readiness.
Art Gallery Growth & Development (Maldives, Singapore & International)
- Execute the full art sales journey, from client inquiry, orders, shipping, delivery and after-sales care.
- Prepare and maintain art decks, catalogues, sales materials for outreach and presentations.
- Execute small-scale periodical exhibitions, including onboarding new artists, artwork intake, display planning, and ongoing artwork management.
- Manage artwork logistics, including packing, quality checks, Certificates of Authenticity, inventory, and artwork movement between locations.
- Refine collector experience through thoughtful packaging, add-ons, and presentation.
- Drive personalized collector engagement
- Maintain a structured digital asset library for artworks, exhibitions, and gallery content.
General Campaigns & Collaboration
- Develop customised proposals for clients seeking curated gifting, bespoke products, or art solutions.
- Propose and support Brand Engagement initiatives across assigned markets.
- Execute campaigns on schedule in line with the Brand Engagement Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is mandatory.
- Proven experience in business development, corporate sales, client servicing, or a similar role.
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-through.
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to track performance and manage data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership independently.
