Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Assistant Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in lead generation, client engagement, and promoting our range of IT and software solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in identifying and approaching potential customers through field visits, calls, and emails
* Present and promote HASH’s services, including IT solutions, ERP (Odoo), software development, and digital services
* Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
* Support the sales team with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and sales reporting
* Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and sales activities
* Attend meetings, product demos, and events as required
* Meet daily/weekly outreach goals and assist in achieving monthly sales targets
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
* Strong communication skills in English and Dhivehi
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
* Basic understanding of technology and business solutions is an advantage
* Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment
* A valid driver's license is preferred
* Nationality: Maldivian
