Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated and accurate inventory and store records.
- Professionally handle sales inquiries and process purchase orders in Dhivehi.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into the Odoo ERP system.
- Organize, manage, and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Support payroll processing tasks.
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and assist departmental managers as required.
- Ensure efficient execution of tasks to maintain smooth business operations.
- Adhere strictly to company systems, policies, and procedures as prescribed by FXPM.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level certification.
- Age between 18 and 25 years.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
- Ability to work extended hours with consistent punctuality.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic graphic design skills will be considered an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, leadership potential, and capability to work independently and collaboratively.
Remuneration:
