Job Description

Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory and store records.
  • Professionally handle sales inquiries and process purchase orders in Dhivehi.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into the Odoo ERP system.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Support payroll processing tasks.
  • Assist in managing the company's social media platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments and assist departmental managers as required.
  • Ensure efficient execution of tasks to maintain smooth business operations.
  • Adhere strictly to company systems, policies, and procedures as prescribed by FXPM.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level certification.
  • Age between 18 and 25 years.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
  • Ability to work extended hours with consistent punctuality.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Basic graphic design skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Proactive attitude, leadership potential, and capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Remuneration:

  • Competitive monthly salary starting from MVR 9,000+.
