Crowe Maldives LLP is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Executive to join our growing team. This role will support day-to-day office operations, front desk management, administrative coordination and meeting support services, ensuring a smooth and professional working environment.

Job Description 
  • Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries and general office communication in a professional manner
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, setup arrangements and logistics for internal meetings, trainings and corporate events
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating appointments
  • Support secretarial and general administrative functions as required
  • Handle document management, filing, and basic office documentation tasks
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and assist with procurement requests when needed
  • Coordinate internal logistics and assist staff with day-to-day office requirements
Qualifications 
  • O’Level education
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative support role will be an advantage
Desired Skills 
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized with good time management and multitasking ability
  • High attention to detail and strong personal presentation standards
  • Ability to handle guests and office interactions in a courteous manner
  • Reliable, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Demonstrates professionalism, responsibility, and maturity in workplace conduct 
Additional Information 
  • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
  • Working Hours: 08:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
