Reporting to: Head of Corporate and Legal Affairs
Key tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Department.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information and documents for corporate reports, agreements, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate filing systems for corporate records and official documents.
- Assist in drafting corporate reports, official letters, notices, and committee related documents.
- Support the arrangement of board and management committee meetings, including logistics, document preparation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain meeting schedules and record minutes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and compile departmental reports as required.
- Maintain records of document entries, approvals, and dispatches within the Department.
- Provide support for ad hoc requests as required by the Management.
Requirements and Qualifications:

- Certificate Level 3 in relevant field.
Other Competencies required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change.
- Demonstrated job commitment and personal flexibility to meet changing expectations.
- Commitment to self-development and expansion of knowledge.

Working Hours:
- The selected applicant will be required to work from 0800 to 1600 on weekdays.
