Aureus Law Firm is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Administrative & HR Executive to support daily operations, manage communications, and ensure smooth functioning of the firm. This role combines administrative management, HR coordination, procurement, finance support, and personal assistant duties.
You will work directly with the Managing Partner and Partner play a key role in maintaining the firm’s professional standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & PA Duties
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client communications
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments
- Maintain calendars, reminders, and follow‑ups
- Prepare letters, documents, and internal communications
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
HR & Office Management
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR files
- Support development of HR policies and procedures
Finance & Procurement
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice preparation
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
- Manage vendor communication and quotations
General Support
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide administrative support to legal staff as required
Working hours
Working days : 8:00-16:00 hrs.
