Job Description
The Admin Executive will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth execution of activities related to client engagement, project management, and business growth. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams and clients.
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and other records.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the business development team.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide timely responses in coordination with the team.
- Support planning and execution of business development events, such as seminars, or workshops.
- Manage logistics for events, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and materials preparation.
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain records of business development metrics and progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, proposals, and client communications.
Qualifications
A formal college degree is not required—your skills, experience, and willingness to learn with a growth mindset matter most. We are looking for people with following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Basic knowledge of business development principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently under minimal supervision.

- Remuneration: 7,500 - 10,000
