Job Summary
The Account Executive – Sales & Client Relations is responsible for managing client relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, and driving sales growth within the assigned sector. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending approvals
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
• Coordinate with technical/support teams for solution delivery
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalate when necessary
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
• Prepare and submit regular sales and pipeline reports to management
