Job Description

A waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. She greets customers, takes food and beverage orders, serves meals, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous experience in food service is an advantage but not always required.
