Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress
• Willingness to work long and odd hours
• Ability to handle busy and high-pressure service periods
• Positive attitude, good grooming, and customer-focused mindset
