About the Role
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and professional Waitresses to join our growing team! If you love providing excellent customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy making guests feel welcome, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat customers with a warm and professional attitude
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Serve meals and drinks while maintaining high standards of presentation
* Recommend menu items and upsell specials when appropriate
* Handle billing, payments, and process orders through the POS system
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
* Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
* Provide exceptional service to create memorable dining experiences
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service
* Good command of English (additional languages like Mandarin, dhivehi is a big advantage)
* Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and positive attitude
* Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
* Valid work permit
