Hubits is a SaaS company dedicated to building software designed to streamline business operations. Our growing suite of products—including Foodops, Hubits Finance, and Hubits People—empowers businesses by simplifying complex processes through seamless integration and user-friendly design.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering elegant and effective solutions, a strong portfolio of design projects, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in the entire design process, from conceptualization to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across our entire product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and sitemaps.
Design UI.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to and help develop design style standards.
Design and execute experiments and tests on UI/UX.
Work closely with product teams and users to identify most optimal UX design

Qualifications & Skills

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
Proficiency in motion design will be an added bonus.
A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning, and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and heuristic analysis.
Ability to iterate on designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate your design decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
High proficiency in English.

Post Probation: MVR 20,000
