VIRTUAL technologies is hiring a Support Technician to deliver hands-on IT support and help drive successful customer outcomes across the Maldives. We are looking for someone dependable, technically capable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced services environment.
What you'll do
- PC setup and User onboarding.
- Computer Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Door Access control programming and troubleshooting.
- IP PABX and Phone setup and configuration.
- WiFi Network Installation & troubleshooting.
- Site-Visits for anything that can't be closed remotely.
- Documentation and Service update reports
What we need
- Solid Windows and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with M365 user-side admin, IP phones systems, door access control, or WiFi systems — gaps can be trained if the fundamentals and attitude are there.
- Reliability and detail orientation. This is non-negotiable.
- Customer oriented communication skills
