Job Description

Training Executive (Part-Time)  : We are seeking a motivated Training Executive to support training delivery, material preparation, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare training materials, conduct training sessions and onboarding, coordinate schedules with departments, maintain training records, and carry out basic assessments to track staff progress.

Qualification & Requirements: Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience preferred, with strong interest in training and staff development, good communication and organisational skills, and basic proficiency in MS Office and online tools.

Remuneration:   Negotiable (state expected remuneration for 12 hrs/week when applying).

Working Hours:Flexible part-time schedule (12 hrs/week).

Contract: 1 year, extendable based on performance.
Location: M7 Tower, Ameenee Magu, Male', Maldives
