Job Description

Fantasy is situated in the heart of Male, the capital city of Maldives. The country is well-known for being as a luxurious tourist destination with pristine waters and coral reefs. With that being said, Fantasy is a leading FMCG – Food Services supplier, pioneering the industry for more than 30 years. A trusted importers and suppliers of renowned international food products, that caters to over a hundred and forty (140) high-end resorts, airline lounges, restaurants, cafes and local grocers. It also owns a food provider store, a bakery and recently developed a state-of-the-art, twin island Agri-farm growing fruits and vegetables adopting World’s best practices as a leading environmentally focused company.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated candidate to join our team.

Compliance Management

  • Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine internal inspections and compliance audits across production, retail, storage, and operational areas.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs, HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Maintain all compliance-related documentation, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformities.
  • Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure of action points.
  • Assist management during external audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
  • Monitor expiry control, stock rotation, labelling, and traceability practices.
  • Ensure pest control, cleaning schedules, temperature monitoring, and sanitation records are properly maintained.

Training & Development

  • Develop and implement staff training plans related to food safety, hygiene, SOPs, customer service, and workplace compliance.
  • Conduct induction training for new employees.
  • Organize refresher training programs and toolbox talks for operational staff.
  • Evaluate employee understanding and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain training attendance records, assessments, and competency evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and recommend improvement programs for departments.
  • Promote food safety awareness and compliance culture within the organization.
