Job Summary

The Trainee Technician – Technical Support (Commercial Kitchen Installation) is an entry-level role suitable for a fresh candidate with strong interest in technical learning and hands-on work. The candidate will support senior technicians during commercial kitchen equipment installation, commissioning, and basic service support. No formal qualification is required, but willingness to learn and work on-site is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians during installation of commercial kitchen equipment.

• Support in shifting, positioning, leveling, and fixing equipment at site.

• Help in basic assembly and dismantling works.

• Assist in commissioning activities and operational checks under supervision.

• Support in cleaning, packing/unpacking, and handling equipment safely.

• Learn basic troubleshooting methods from senior team members.

• Maintain tools and ensure proper site housekeeping.

• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE properly.

• Support in preparing simple site/service reports when required.
