Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Deployment & Installation: Execute the precise installation and calibration of specialized electronic hardware, ensuring all components meet aesthetic and functional standards.
• Network Integration: Configure and troubleshoot IoT devices and media systems within client networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi).
• Electrical Troubleshooting: Manage low-voltage wiring, power distribution, and electronic relays. Perform diagnostic tests using multimeters and cable analyzers.
• Remote Client Services: Provide Tier-2 technical support to clients remotely. Use remote-access tools to perform system audits, firmware updates, and software troubleshooting.
• System Commissioning: Set up and initialize system servers, ensuring seamless integration between hardware nodes and site management software.
• Technical Training: Conduct handover training for client engineering and IT teams to ensure long-term system health and user adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in field service, security systems integration, or hospitality IT.
• Electrical Skills: Strong knowledge of low-voltage electronics (DC circuits) and the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Networking Skills: Proficiency in networking fundamentals (DHCP, Static IPs, PoE, and subnets) and experience with remote support software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or VPNs).
• Mechanical Aptitude: High proficiency with hand and power tools for clean, precise hardware mounting and assembly.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to guide clients through technical concepts via phone or email.
