Job Description

As an SSR, your primary role is to facilitate communication among students, lecturers and visitors,

ensuring a seamless experience across various platforms. And dedicate to fostering positive connections

within the college community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will be required to have attention to detail

- You will be required to communicate with the Course Coordinators

- Should be able to work flexibly and without direct supervision when required

- Greet, assist, direct students, visitors and calls

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diploma or A’level qualification

EXPERIENCE:

- Possess good customer service etiquette

- Good communication skills

- Familiar with MS Office applications

- Must be flexible for shift duties

REMUNERATION: MVR9000

WORKING HOURS: 09:00 - 17:00 TO 14:00 - 22:00 ( Shift Duty )
