Job Description

Student recruitment and marketing executive advises students on college education options and their future career choices, by attending to inquiries through social media platforms, calls, events and visits. The candidate is expected to be competent in organizing and managing student inquiries and applications to reach recruitment targets. Competent in documenting and compiling student inquiry and enrolment data. Other responsibilities include organizing marketing campaigns, conducting student recruitment events, engage in marketing activities, etc.   

Qualification and experience:

• Bachelors degree (a bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Psychology/ Statistics OR related is NOT a must but an advantage)

Experience

• Relevant equivalent experience in the field in student recruitment, marketing, inquiry management, managing statistical data, etc
• Sound knowledge of the Maldives higher education system is an added advantage
• High level of administrative skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English language
• Confident to appear on online platforms, TV, radio and other PR events to promote the college
• Commitment to punctuality and willingness to work for long term

 

Remuneration:

MVR 15,000 for applicants with Bachelors degree qualification and experience

MVR 17,000 for applicants with Masters degree qualification and experience
