The Student Facilitator is the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and the general public. This role requires a friendly, proactive, and organized individual who can manage inquiries, guide students, and support administrative tasks efficiently. The student facilitator plays a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors at the reception in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and transfer calls or messages to relevant departments.
- Provide accurate information regarding college programs, schedules, and general student services.
- Guide students with class schedules, room directions, and registration processes.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Maintain and update the call log and visitors log accurately and on time.
- Support front office administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and data entry when needed.
- Report any concerns or issues to the Supervisor promptly.
- Uphold the college’s standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
