Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the showroom, overseeing daily operations, staff management, inventory control, customer service, and delivery/assembly coordination. The role ensures the store operates efficiently, meets sales and service targets, and maintains high standards of merchandising, compliance, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall showroom operations and ensure efficient daily workflow.
- Ensure the showroom opens and closes on time.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product displays, pricing accuracy, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate Floor Supervisors, Sales Staff, and Cashiers.
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, monitor performance, and train new employees on company procedures and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory availability, shelf stocking, and missing stock reports, implementing measures to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and after-sales issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor delivery and assembly service quality, schedule compliance, and operational performance.
- Verify daily sales reports, oversee cash collections and petty cash, and prepare operational reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability and support promotions and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and conduct regular safety checks and staff awareness activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- 3-5+ years of experience in retail store management or a supervisory role, ideally in furniture or home goods retail
- Proven experience managing teams, inventory, and customer service operations
- Experience overseeing delivery and assembly operations is an advantage

Full-time, on-site role based in the showroom. May require flexibility for weekend, holiday, or extended hours based on store trading requirements and business needs.
