Job Description

SeaShuttle Maldives is a private company affiliated to SeaShuttle International, and provides luxury water transport services to branded luxury resorts.

Our yachts are hydrofoil supported catamarans. Luxury is in the stability and comfort of the ride on our yachts, spacious lounge seating and panoramic visibility for an enjoy- able guest experience.

We are looking for SKIPPERS/CAPTAINS who meet the following requirements:

• Inboard License Category D

• Skipper Level V Certificate

• Qualified, competent, confident in operation of a yacht

• Navigational skills

• Energetic, motivated, and responsible with experience in client handling

• Leadership and communication skills 

• Attention to detail

• Understanding of boat maintenance

• Be flexible and willing to work late hours

• Have a positive attitude and a team player

• Knowledge/experience of basic IT skills
