🌟 About the Role
BHM Traders is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support our daily inventory and warehouse operations. This position is open to Maldivian nationals only and is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both inventory records and physical stock.
The Inventory Clerk will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock data and ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse and office teams.
📦 Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records (manual and system-based)
Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately and on time
Assist with goods receiving, verification, and documentation
Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock movement and storage
Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor
Ensure proper labeling, coding, and storage of inventory items
Prepare daily stock updates and basic inventory reports
Follow company procedures related to stock control and safety
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Maldivian nationality is mandatory
Minimum Higher Secondary education or equivalent
Prior experience in inventory, stock handling, or warehouse roles is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability
Willingness to work in a warehouse / operational environment
Good communication and coordination skills
