Job Description

MANAGER - SALES & MARKETING (WITH EXPERIENCE IN RESORT / HOTEL SUPPLIES)

We are on the lookout for a Manager - Sales & Marketing for our company.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire operation of the resorts / hotels supplies division through effective project planning and staff allocation, delegating team members to attend issues and other client inquiries, effective stock maintenance and planning
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets set by the management by formulating marketing and advertising campaigns and monitoring sales performance on a regular basis.
• Ensure all operations are in compliance with formulated standard operating procedures and quality & safety standards, identify problems and develop corrective plans.
• Work closely with the top management to formulate and implement strategies, standards & targets to achieve organizational goals and provide progress & management reports and other status updates as required.
• Design and develop new products that can be marketed under the division
• Trouble shooting and rectification of technical issues with regards to installations and ensure all after care services are promptly attended
• Ensure prompt and timely customer collections and supplier payments and implement strict budgetary control
• Undertake immediate HR functions for the division including HR Planning, grievances handling, developing, and leading the team.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience and 3 years for in the Resorts and Hotels supplies for a similar role.
• Excellent in English is a must with dhivehi is essential
• Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
• Ability to work independently with communication and people management skills. 
• Require to have a valid driving and riding license

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
